This register is updated regularly as Accreditation Decisions are made by the National Childcare Accreditation Council (NCAC).To ensure that the authorised representative of a service is the first to know its Accreditation Decision, NCAC waits at least 5 to 10 days after posting the Accreditation to the service before making it available to the public.

Further questions about a service's progress in the Child Care Quality Assurance (CCQA) Systems should be directed to the service. For concerns about the quality of care in a particular service please call NCAC on 1300 136 554 or (02) 8260 1900.
