These Quality Areas and Principles guide the service in maintaining and improving the quality of their child care practices. They also provide the framework by which quality is measured as the service passes through the 5 Steps of OSHCQA. OSHCQA is a collaborative process involving management and staff working together with families. OSHCQA is an Australian Government initiative and it is part of the Government's commitment to ensuring that all children in child care have high quality care that best promotes their learning and development. |
