Review of an Accreditation Decision

The following information has been provided by the Accreditation Decisions Review Committee (ADRC).

The ADRC is an independent body, appointed under Section 16 of the Child Care Act 1972 to review Accreditation Decisions made by NCAC.

For information about the ADRC and guidelines for submitting a review of an Accreditation Decision visit the ADRC website at www.adrc.org.au.

The ADRC's Terms of Reference do not enable the committee to address issues relating to NCAC administrative processes. Issues relating to the Child Care Quality Assurance process and NCAC administration should be expressed in writing to NCAC.
