Children's Service Providers

Children's services registered with NCAC to participate in CCQA have permission to reproduce the Quality Areas and Principles for the relevant CCQA system. This permission does not extend to the Indicators of quality practice or the Preambles detailed in the Quality Practices Guide. These materials may not be reproduced without written permission from NCAC.

These materials may not be reproduced without written permission from NCAC.

Putting Children First

Articles appearing in NCAC's quarterly newsletter, Putting Children First, may be reproduced by children's service providers in Australia for the purpose of information sharing amongst staff, carers, management and families. The articles must be distributed free of charge. The source of the information must be acknowledged in the reproduction. At all other times permission must be obtained in writing from NCAC .

Copyright Permission Process

All requests for copyright permission must be received in writing. The Copyright Permission Request Form (PDF 179kb - New Window) should be completed and submitted to:

NCAC will review these materials and assess eligibility for copyright approval. The timeframe for review will depend on the volume of material submitted, but copyright requests will generally be responded to within fourteen days of the request being lodged.

NCAC advises that depending on the nature of the request a copyright sub-licence may be required. NCAC may also charge a copyright application fee and royalties for reproduction.
