QA Training and Support

Child care services participating in the Child Care Quality Assurance (CCQA) who require training, support or assistance should contact a NCAC Endorsed Quality Assurance (QA) Trainer or the Professional Support Coordinator in their state.

NCAC Endorsed Quality Assurance (QA) Trainers

NCAC trains and endorses individuals as NCAC Endorsed QA Trainers to deliver training on the processes associated with the 5 Steps of CCQA using the NCAC Endorsed Quality Assurance Training Kit. The training content has a particular focus on Step 2: Self-study and Continuing Improvement and Step 3: Validation.

Professional Support Coordinators

Professional Support Coordinators, funded by the Australian Government Department of Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaCSIA), assist services as they progress through CCQA.
